Visit this picturesque red mill in the center of a canal
village. Founded in 1834 by the great-great grandfather of the present owners,
it gives a glimpse of industry in the 1800's. Built of virgin timber cleared
from the land on which the mill stands, it has been in continuous operation
by the Elson Family. Corn meal has been made at the mill since 1834 and
can be purchased still today.
Cat's Meow figures of the mill are available for $18.00 plus tax and postage. To order, contact via email at jelson@neo.rr.com
The working mill conducts business 8:00 - 5:00 weekdays
